Pricing, billing and plan switching
How long can I use the Free plan?
The Free plan is permanent. You get 1 device, basic monitoring and limited AI chatbot usage at no cost. Upgrade to Starter for more devices, reporting and full AI access.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — a 20% discount (2 months free). Charged once a year, switch back to monthly anytime.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
After signing up for Starter or Professional you get full access without entering a credit card for 14 days. If you don't add a payment method by the end, your account drops to Free automatically.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are credited to your account for the remaining period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Paddle: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted. Wire transfer is available for Enterprise customers.
Why are prices in USD?
Our Paddle infrastructure operates in USD for consistent pricing across our global customer base. Payment is auto-converted to your local currency at checkout; VAT and local taxes are calculated automatically by Paddle.
What's the difference between limited and full AI Chatbot?
The limited version includes a 50-message monthly quota and basic query capability. The full version (Professional+) gives unlimited messages, deeper context (yearly analysis, optimization tips) and historical data access.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption and stored on EU-based servers. Each facility has isolated data environments. We are GDPR & KVKK compliant.
