Terms of Service

The following terms of service apply to all individual and corporate users of the WattSkor platform. By registering on our platform or using our services, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. General Terms

These terms of service govern the legal relationship between the WattSkor platform ("Platform") and users ("User"). If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Platform. WattSkor is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing energy monitoring, analysis, and optimization services for industrial facilities. The Platform is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

2. Account Management

- You must create a valid account to use the Platform. - You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information. - Account security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and preventing unauthorized access. - You are responsible for all transactions performed through your account. - In company accounts, the administrator is responsible for adding users and managing permissions. - If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify info@wattskor.com.

3. Terms of Use

You must comply with the following rules when using the Platform: - Use the Platform only for lawful purposes - Do not violate the rights of third parties - Avoid actions that jeopardize the security of the Platform - Do not reverse engineer, extract source code, or copy the Platform software - Do not exceed API limits and usage quotas - Do not use automated scraping tools - Do not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes (sublicensing, resale) WattSkor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules.

4. Service and Liability

- WattSkor does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. - Energy data is based on raw data from connected meters. Data losses caused by meter errors or connectivity issues are not the responsibility of WattSkor. - Transformer analysis, optimization recommendations, and cost calculations are for informational purposes. Independent professional evaluation is recommended for critical engineering decisions. - WattSkor's liability for direct or indirect damages arising from Platform use is limited to the subscription fee paid. - Third-party integrations (InfluxDB, energy meters) are subject to their own license and terms of use.

5. Subscription and Payment

- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. - After the 14-day free trial period, the subscription automatically transitions to a paid plan. - Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. - Invoices are sent electronically to the registered email address. - Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and do not affect the current subscription period.

6. Termination and Cancellation

- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. - After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You may export your data during this period. - After the 30-day retention period, your data is permanently deleted. - WattSkor may terminate accounts that violate the terms of use with prior notice or without notice in emergency situations. - In case of termination, a proportional refund is made for the unused period.

7. Changes

- WattSkor reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. - Significant changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance via email and in-Platform notification. - Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms. - If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
