Distance Sales Agreement

This distance sales agreement has been prepared within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By purchasing a subscription, you declare that you have read and accepted this agreement.

1. Parties

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital service subscription purchased by the Buyer through wattskor.com, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. WattSkor provides cloud-based energy monitoring, analysis, and optimization services (SaaS — Software as a Service) for industrial facilities. The scope of services includes: - Real-time energy monitoring and reporting - Transformer analysis and load optimization - Harmonic analysis and power quality monitoring - Cost analysis and TEDAS-compliant reporting - Smart alarm and notification system - Predictive maintenance and anomaly detection

3. Service Fee and Payment

- Service fees are published on the wattskor.com/fiyatlandirma (pricing) page. - Payments are accepted via credit card or debit card. - Subscription fees are billed monthly according to the selected plan. - All prices include VAT. - Payment is processed through a secure payment infrastructure (Stripe/iyzico). - Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and do not affect the current subscription period.

4. Service Delivery

- WattSkor is a digital service. The service is activated immediately after the subscription payment is confirmed. - The user gains access to all features included in the plan on the platform. - The service is provided 24/7 via cloud. - Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation: - For digital content and services, the right of withdrawal ends once the performance of the service has begun. - By initiating the subscription, the Buyer explicitly consents to the commencement of service performance. - A 14-day free trial period is offered for all paid plans. No charges are applied for subscriptions cancelled during the trial period. - In the paid period that begins after the trial period, the service can be used until the end of the period. 6. General Provisions

- This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. - In case of disputes, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of Luleburgaz/Kirklareli have jurisdiction. - The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the agreement to improve service quality. Changes are announced at least 15 days in advance. - The Buyer is obligated to comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using the platform.
