The refund, cancellation, and right of withdrawal conditions for WattSkor subscription services are explained in detail below. By purchasing a subscription, you declare that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. Service Definition
WattSkor is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing cloud-based energy monitoring, analysis, and optimization services for industrial facilities. Our service is offered through a digital subscription model. There is no physical product delivery. Subscription Plans: - Free: Basic features, 1 facility, 3 meters - Starter: $49/mo — 2 facilities, 10 meters, full features - Professional: $149/mo — 10 facilities, 50 meters, advanced analytics + API - Enterprise: $499/mo — unlimited facilities, custom integration
2. Free Trial Period
- A 14-day free trial period is offered for all paid plans. - Credit card information is collected during the trial period but no charges are made. - You may cancel at any time during the trial period — no charges will be applied. - If not cancelled by the end of the trial period, the paid subscription begins automatically. - Full access to all plan features is provided during the trial period.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. - Cancellation can be done through the Subscription Management panel within the platform. - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to all features continues until the end of the period. - No charges are made for the next period after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
WattSkor subscriptions are processed through our payment service provider Paddle (paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription transactions. Refund requests are subject to Paddle's refund policy. Paddle evaluates and processes all refunds in accordance with their own policies. - No charges are made when you cancel during the free trial period. - Refund requests after the trial period are evaluated by Paddle. - For refund requests, you can reach our support team at info@wattskor.com. 5. Plan Changes
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. - Plan upgrade: The price difference is calculated immediately and instant access to new features is provided. - Plan downgrade: Applied at the end of the current period. Current plan features remain valid until the end of the period. - Switching to the free plan: Follows the same process as subscription cancellation.
